Meta Meta Children Home
Meta Meta began as a Self-Help Group to support women infected with HIV/AIDS in the community to enable to sustain themselves. In the same year, Meta Meta Children's Home Development Centre was organized by the self-help group so that it could cater for infected women and also accommodate children as well.
Body of Christ Children's Home
Joseph Kimani Memorial children’s Home is a registered nonprofit charitable organization. It caters for the orphans and the vulnerable children totalling 160 needy children in our residential and outreach programs.
Neemaland Queens and Kings Centre
Neemaland Queens and Kings Centre serves needy and disadvantaged children in the community who are at risk. These include total orphans, partial orphans, the abandoned, the neglected, and those with HIV/AIDS. The center also serves orphans through outreach programs by providing them with foodstuff, counselling, spiritual nourishment, education, and other learning skills.
Jehovah Jireh Children's Home
Jehovah Jireh focuses on providing orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) with hope and a place to call home. The main objective of Jehovah Jireh is to provide for the basic needs of food, shelter, education, clothing, and medical care.
Kawangware Initiative Centre
Kawangware Initiative was founded by caregiver Jane Khadi, whose goal was to provide orphaned and homeless children with a loving home. The centre offers basic necessities alongside education and empowerment programs, featuring a designated space where children can attend their classes. Financial support for the centre's activities is provided by its founders, well-wishers, and a local church.

Estel Children’s Centre is a Christian-focused relief and development organization. It was begun by a group of compassionate Christian believers who wanted to help orphans and street youth.
Wings of Compassion
Wings of Compassion was founded on 1st. May 2011 by Rev. Danshire and his wife, Dorcas Danshire. It started as a feeding program in their residence. The move to establish the organisation was out of compassion to give hope to vulnerable and hopeless pregnant teenage girls a new lease of life.
Elroi Hope Centre
Elroi Hope Centre is a charitable organization empowering orphans, vulnerable children and at-risk youth. Elroi's mission is to develop the self-esteem and life skills needed for them to achieve independence.
Baby Blessing Children's Home
Baby Blessing Children's Home is a registered charitable organization founded by Irine Gakii Mwirigi, who first cared for six children in her own house. Today, her organization provides healthcare, education and basic necessities to several dozen children facing a diverse set of challenges.
Soon Children's Home
Soon Children Home Was Founded in the year 1994 and started as a feeding program to needy families and children, especially street children and families.
Nazarene Orphans Centre
Nazarene Orphans Centre & School was founded by Consolata Oketch in 2004. Consolata had a desire to home abandoned and orphaned children without parents living in the Soweto Slums. Over the years, many of the children have grown to become teenagers and have never known any other place to call home. Nazarene Orphans Centre was officially registered under the Ministry of Gender Social Development in the year 2006.
Flomina Children's Home
Flomina Children's Home is a registered charitable organization catering to orphans and abandoned children in Kenya. Founders Florence and Mutinda Muthama were touched by the plight of children faced living in the Soweto slums. Owning a business for trading scraps and recyclable material, the couple was able to open a rescue centre. They also created an outreach program serving five children in the local community.
Dream Children's Home
Rachel Gichia started Dream Children’s Home to help children orphaned as a result of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Ngong, and area on the outskirts of Nairobi in Kajiado county. Ngong is a child friendly area, is semi arid, and the dominant culture is the Masai, although other tribes are present.
Dagoretti Early Child Intervention Program
In the Dagoretti community, there are many children who have become orphans through the effects of alcoholism or AIDS. Most of these children are now under the care of their grandparents and some are in children's centers. Felista Kibe, is the founder and director of Dagoretti Early Child Intervention Program (DECIP). The family Felister came from struggled to provide food and education, which caused her to not receive an adequate education.
Smile Community Centre
The home supports 25 children on a daily basis. Sometimes the number goes up to 30 due to temporary rescue missions associated with children cases at Soweto police station. The home also support approximately 50 children mostly through a feeding program and outreach where mothers, children, or guardians come for food at the home.
Villa Teag Children's Home
Villa Teag Children’s home was established to provide opportunities for children in need of care and protection. We aim to provide each child with access to shelter, education, psychological support, life skills and health care so that each child will reach their full potential and develop into responsible adults.
St. Anne's Rehabilitation Centre
St. Anne's Rehabilitation Centre provides shelter, clothing, and food to orphans and vulnerable children. There is an outreach feeding and education program for 222 children. They also provide spiritual counseling.
Agape Hope Centre
Agape Hope Children’s Center is an orphanage that was started by Papa, Oliver, and Mama Maggie Chiraba. The center caters to orphans and needy children in Nairobi, Kenya and its surrounding areas by providing a home, food, clothing, medical attention, and other amenities to help these children live a normal childhood.
Vineyard Children Centre
Vineyard Children's Home was founded by Margaret Muthoni Muigai to give hope to the most vulnerable, destitute and orphaned children. However lack of resources has seen the orphanage struggle to keep up with the needs.
Christ Chapel Children's Home
Christ Chapel Children's Home serves orphaned and abandoned children in Nairobi's Huruma slums. Founder Gloria Ndunge, a mother of three, first created a food program out of her passion for helping the underprivileged. She established Christ Chapel after seeing that vulnerable children needed shelter, education, and the warmth only a family could offer. In the past decade, her home has seen many of its residents become independent and resilient adults.
Alpha Joy Care Children's Home
Alpha Joy is a registered children's home first founded by Mary Wambui Mungai. Her mission was to alleviate the plights faced by orphans in her village. In 2014, Mungai's children passed her legacy towards local well wishers. They shaped the Board of Management which runs the home today.
Oasis of Endless Hope
Oasis of Endless Hope was founded in 2013, Oasis of Endless Hope is a community transition centre and a vocational training facility for vulnerable teenagers. The centre was born out of a need to support vulnerable boys and girls between the ages of 9 - 21 from select children's homes, rural areas, and the streets.
Watoto Wenye Nguvu International Orphan Care (W.W.N.I.O.C)
Watoto Wenye Nguvu International Orphan Care (W.W.N.I.O.C) is a non-governmentatl organization founded in the year 2004 in Kenya and registered in 2025 by Madam Elizabeth Muthoni Gitau with intention of supporting orphans and vulnerable women, children and communities in Kiambu, Murang'a and some parts of Machakos and Nairobi counties.
St. Luthmer Children's Home
Founded in 2012, St. Luthmer Children's Home is a compassionate sanctuary located in Ruiru, Kiambu County, dedicated to nurturing orphaned and vulnerable children. Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment where every child can grow. learn, and thrive. We currently care for 36 children, offering them not just shelter but also emotional support and educational opportunities that empower them to build brighter futures.
